8月20日，一名博主发表图文，相关内容被部分网友解读为：上海马勒别墅饭店将蜜雪冰城的“芋圆葡萄”饮品倒入高脚杯，以398元一杯出售，且另收服务费。
A 26-year-old man in Shanghai has been detained for falsely claiming a restaurant at a luxury hotel sold a cheap drink for 398 yuan per cup.
The rumor, which went viral on Friday, alleged that the restaurant at Moller Villa Hotel was selling a \"grape taro ball\" drink — a product similar to one sold by budget chain Mixue Bingcheng — for 398 yuan per cup, plus a service fee.
对此，马勒别墅餐厅工作人员表示，没有芋圆葡萄这一菜品，且外带酒水饮料也没有开瓶费。该工作人员认为，相关说法可能系“张冠李戴”。
据媒体21日晚上报道，记者实地探访上海马勒别墅，马勒别墅餐厅梁经理对此表示：完全不符合事实，我们既没有这个产品，且杯子、环境都不一样，对此已经采取法律措施！
Hotel staff immediately denied the claim, stating that the restaurant does not even offer such a drink and does not charge corkage fees for outside beverages. Manager Liang told reporters the accusation was \"completely untrue\" and that legal action had been taken.
记者对比发现，该图片早在8月12日就已出现，发布地点显示为深圳。
8月22日，上海市公安局静安分局通报：一男子发布涉企不实信息被行政拘留。
经警方调查，2026年8月19日，沈某某（男，26岁）为博取关注，采取张冠李戴的方式，将网上下载的图片发布在多个聊天群内，并编造“陕西南路某饭店将低价饮料盛装高脚杯后，以398元一杯出售”的不实信息，造成恶劣影响。目前，沈某某已被警方依法处以行政拘留。
Investigations later revealed that the photo circulating online had first appeared on Aug 12 with a location tag showing Shenzhen — not Shanghai. Police confirmed that the man, identified as Shen, had downloaded the image from the internet and shared it in multiple chat groups, fabricating the story to gain attention.
On Saturday, police announced that Shen had been given administrative detention for spreading false information.
